Summer Time at Hracholusky Dam

Where else to go to the water in the summer than to the largest dam in the Pilsen Region. You will appreciate grassy beaches with good access to the water. You can go to Hracholusky dam for a short trip or to get accommodated in one of the local camp-sites and stay here for a whole week. Smaller kids will undoubtedly enjoy a steamboat ride and they will appreciate pedal boats or giant floating trampolines. You can also visit the castle ruins Buben near Hracholusky.

How to get there: The dam is located about 20 kilometres from Pilsen in the direction of the town Stříbro. A pleasant place for swimming can be found especially at the dike of the dam or near the camp-sites in the area called Na Radosti.
